Akrotiri bad boy

I found time on my hands recently at Budapest's airport and took the five minute stroll out to the open air museum by the terminal area.
The 2600HuF entry fee was money well spent, the collection contains types previously operated by Malev, including: LI2, AN2, IL14, a clutch of IL18's, a YAK40, Tu134, Tu154, and a MiL2. Most aircraft are accessible with their individual histories posted by them. There is also a memorial to Malev crews lost in accidents, and also a plethora of ageing ground equipment and assorted jet engines to mooch over.
It sure passed the time quickly and I got a great shot of Mrs Akro acting as a hostess in the Tu134.:8
