ATPL Gold Coast/Brisbane

Looking for a course provider that is on the Gold Coast/Brisbane area, I understand the best is AFT but I don't wish to pay the accommodation costs of going to that course.

Maroochydore really isnt too far from the Gold Coast.

Maroochydore from the Gold Coast each day would be at least around 5 hours return. Not sure about you, but when studying the whole day, then trying to fit in study time after class, 5 hours driving each day might be a bit fatiguing.

I have done a couple of subjects individually at AFT (not the whole block 6 weeks) and driven up from Brisbane each day. Doable, but I still found it stressful trying to fit in study time. If you're going to do the whole 6 week course, you'd definitely want to be staying up there.

Hey Lasiorhinus, I did consider the commute everyday however I think after 2 hours up and 2 hours back (in good traffic) I might not have the required time to study.

I think I will just have to suck up the costs and go to AFT.
