I've been searching the CASA website trying to find out how to get a Certificate of Verification (Licence details) from CASA, to give to a foreign Authority. Last year the company I was working for handled that without any input from me... this year, I have to get it.

I can find plenty of information on what CASA expect when they receive a CofV from a foreign Authority, but nowhere can I see any info on how to request a CofV from CASA for offshore use.

If anyone can provide any info, I would be grateful... otherwise, I'll just have to resort to the CLARC hand-ball system Monday morning.

This looks like what you want to me, Form 452.

CASA Form - 452 (http://www.casa.gov.au/scripts/formdisplay.asp?formtopic=none&formnoin=452&public=YES&Show+forms=Show+forms&session=1223209084)– AUD $50.00....http://images.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/src:www.pprune.org/get/images/smilies/wink2.gif
The link should work; if not go CASA – Manuals and Forms – type in 452....http://images.ibsrv.net/ibsrv/res/src:www.pprune.org/get/images/smilies/thumbs.gif
