What's the command supervision column for? I thought that would have been pretty close to PICUS.

As far as I know you do pay for your command practise while being checked to line, and I know that you denfinitely need 750TT to get a start, you will have to pay for your MEIR if you don't have one, you can check all this by phoning or emailing the CP.
