Renew 1class in turkey? Where? Quick help pls

Hi all, I need to renew my first medical class in turkey. I'm based in Antalya and I don't know where to do it. I can go also to Istanbul, but I would prefer a center in Antalya.

My roster is particular and I don't have time to go in italy to do it.
