Dear Sir
In order to change your state of licence issue to the UK, all medical records must be transferred from the (Change Country i.e. French/Spanish) Authority to the UK before we are able to issue a UK EASA Part-FCL Licence. As such, please refer to the Medical website for guidance on this process see link below. The Medical Department can be contacted by email at

Once the above requirements have been met the following documents are required:
• Application form SRG1136
• Current fee of £243.00
• Copy of existing JAR licence
• Copy of existing JAR Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Copy of JAR ATPL exam results (if applicable)
• Original Passport or a Copy certified by your Operating Company
