I have done a bit of a search (on pprune and google) and have got a bit of an idea on each of the stages of recruitment for a pilot cadetship, but havent really found any solid information on a few of the stages (especially for a cadetship). I am pretty much sorted for all the aptitude tests/interviews (I know what to expect) but wasn't too sure what to expect for the other stages of the recruitment process.

My questions are:
For the cadetship I'm applying for, their is a stage that involves group activities. What type of group activities do they commonly use for cadetships?

There is a stage that involves an individual presentation, what do I expect?

The final stage before the interview involves a "flight screening". What sort of tests do I expect for that? Is it a computer test to test my hand eye co-ordination? Do they put me in a simulator? What do they generally do for cadetships at most airlines?

Any advice/stories would be great. The airline I am applying for hasn't been running cadetships for very long and there isn't very much information about what to expect during the recruitment process for this airline.

But feel free to PM me if you want to keep information in private.

Thanks
