View Full Version : NPPL - LAPL - does your GP know the difference

After wading through pages of bumf, I discover that an LAPL Certificate is required to fly EASA. Sometime soon....
It can be issued by the same GP who does the NPPL paperwork...
So what is the difference... the GP needs to know, of course.
The only major change is the need for the GP to have access to a PC and printer, to complete the forms online and hand the finished item over for signature.
Come to think of it... if the GP's details are known, the whole process can be done by the applicant, at home, in about ten minutes.
