A little while ago I went to a selection day for one of CTC's MPL courses. Cut a long story short I did not get to the interview stage.
I did apparently do quite well on PILAPT but in the group exercises did not display the right attributes to the extent that some of the other candidates did.
Afterwards I was told that I could reapply in 6 moths time or start their IPP course very soon.
The IPP course appears to have a number of downsides to it - it does not have the failure protection and does not automatically mean going through the AQC process at the end - another selection process has to be passed first (although I think most people who have done well on the course generally do get accepted).
Would I be foolish to consider doing it?
Anyone care to share success/failure stories...?
