I would like to test how pprune is migty. ;)
we would like to establish franctional ownership over aircraft (single piston engine )
we have already done a lot of job but the main problems are cotracts.
At least 4 contracts follow story.
Binder/Deposit agreement
Purchase agreement
Master dry lease Exchange agreement
Management agreement
we found on internet some main features of such agreement, and we are able to incorporate them into our contracts ( toghether with other local legal requirements ) but we are "affraid" that some important issues could be missed.
So my question is someone willing to share with us his/her contracts ,of course without names, financial details, and everything rest that person may consider security sensitive?
