For a Phenom? Don't you want a spacewalk or a Concorde type rating also?

Good point. I used to fly a CJ 2 (loved it.....brilliant plane) and I reckon I knew it backwards after 50 hours. 1000 hours on a 300.....one zero too many, I reckon.

I did a similar gig on a citation 2, many years ago....

They wanted 500 on type (Cit2), I had 1000 on a mix between 1/2/3.

Sharp pencil time, my 490 on type did not include a reasonable factor for taxi time.....

we win.....

This will be the first Phenom 300 operating in India

My guess is that's why the hour requirement is so high. Gotta convince the Indians that the op is safe.

Translated - We want the only pilot on Earth with 1000 hours Phenom time, who is school current, has a job, to quit, come to India and teach us how to fly it.

You need 100 hours PIC on type and thats not negotiable since its DGCA requirement

About the 1000 hours on type well email the above mentioned person and see if its negotiable....

Didn't the "100 hrs on type" DGCA requirement change in December 2010 to "500 hrs on type"?
