Legendary, award winning LA pilot Bob Tur, who built the first modern news gathering chopper, is suffering from gender dysphoria and is part way though a sex change.
In this short TMZ interview she makes some interesting observations about male v female piloting skills. Once the treatment kicks in she will be an expert on the subject.

I spent time with Bob making a few docs about him and learned a few tricks about aerial news gathering, politics and dealing with the FAA ;)
She says she is burying Bob, so let this serve as an obituary for a man who set the pace and led the way in aerial news gathering in a passionate, aggressive and forthright style without fear of the bureaucracy or competitors and with a goal of serving uncensored news to the man in the street.
