Hello All,
Just wondering if anybody has done a Jetconect NZ pilot interview within the last year 2012-2013, I would love to hear how the process went for you and what was involved

Try and get ahold of a QLink pilot. There's a fair few of them that have the sim notes! :ok: :E

Jetconnect in particular are getting a bit fed up with folks not hanging around.
Yep Pilat and that poor targeting of recruitment, falls squarely at the feet of HR!
Sadly it's the same in many other places... :hmm:

Apparently that is happening all across the board Jetconnect shouldn't be pissed about people leaving its happening to airline like vanz n jetstar too
When the big companies like AirNZ,China Southern,ANA etc start hiring from this side of the globe JC, VANZ, JS have no choice but start hiring themselves, big boys will always pinch the drivers from smaller companies
Seems like there's a number of good people who they won't interview either. Great for other operators however:ok:
