AGA OIII/THR

Hello

Could someone provide me with the AGA / Opsdata file or similar Runway data for OIII / THR / Mehrabad International Airport in Iran ?

I am trying to generate a RTOW sheet using PEP for the Runways there however it's generating an error, checking the log it has the following error

ADDITIVE MESSAGE : RUNWAY SLOPE VALUE NOT IN NEURAL RANGE

When I tried to play with the airport manager by removing the slope it worked, so I am suspecting the Runway slope data is not correct
