Last Three Digits Airbus Parts

Having been working on Boeing and Douglas, I am use to part numbers such as 5930645-509 and 114T3002-23A. Now we're getting into the Airbii. Their numbering system, although logical to a degree, is driving me bonkers. My question is there a document that provides what the last three digits denote?
