25.000 pounds loan secured against Spanish property.

Good evening,

I am studying to be a pilot and im looking for a bank which can lend me this amount of money to finish my training.

I´ve been living in the UK for the last 2 years but i am Spanish, i´ve got a permanent job and I would like to get a secured loan from any bank in the world using my spanish properties as a guarantee which are fully paid, its value is more than 150.000 pounds.

Do you know if any British, International or Spanish bank would take this risk?

Not going into reasons for/against training and job options afterwards, BUT,

Wouldn't it be easier to remortgage property? What's the rough repaid equity on mortgage, or is it wholly owned/repaid/paid total in cash?

BBVA has been known to lend specifically larger amounts for flight training.
I'm sure you can borrow more if you have large enough equity on property, but no idea about the UK vs Spanish property thing. Just few other thoughts/considerations, maybe.
