Please offer any advice. Friend has been out of aviation for a couple years but has been offered an interview. Any info would be helpful. Please, no "why doesn't your friend do it for himself" B.S. like I've gotten in the past. If you want to help, help, if you don't, don't.

He is busy with 2 jobs and family and I am trying to help him out.

Does he already know what stages he should expect during the interview? I mean psychometric tests, technical questions, personal interview, group exercise and so on.

Obviously he should revise CPL/ATPL subjects or give a look at some of the interview preparation books like ACE and its likes.
