Can anyone recommend the best place to do an mep rating in the uk??

Central flight training at tatenhill are very good. Recently did my imc there and can recommend them highly. Nice facilities simulator and a decent cafe.
Try Aeros at Coventry (and Tollerton). PA34 and/or Tecnam P2006T

CFT for me too. I finished off my FI rating there a whole back. Great instructors, and very accommodating and Tatenhill was a nice airfield to fly out of.
