Compass evaluation?

Anyone ever heard of a Cimpass technical evaluation test? I am interviewing and they told me I would be taking this test, as well as a psycho test.....

Any way to study for these or prepare? Have not done anything similar in at least 25 years!

Give a look at skytest.com, you may find there something to buy for practicing for your test.
Also, use the Search function on PPRuNe, you ought to find something as the compass test is used for assessment by OAA and other entities.

Don't forget to give a look at latestpilotjobs, there should be something about compass test too.
