Is it possible to watch english premier league football in alicante airport departure lounge or landside?

the match will be shown on spanish tv

im aware that there is a "carling pub" but i dont know if they show matches or if there is somewhere else we can watch the match

EDIT - i found this

Andy Thornton furniture at the Carling pub, Alicante Airport | Bar & Pub Furniture Portfolio (http://www.andythornton.com/en-UK/portfolio_items/furniture-portfolio/bar-and-pub-furniture/204-carling-pub-alicante-airport)

Carlsberg Bar Alicante airport - Benidorm Message Board - TripAdvisor (http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowTopic-g187525-i191-k6150060-Carlsberg_Bar_Alicante_airport-Benidorm_Costa_Blanca_Alicante_Province_Valencian_Country.ht ml)

it seems to indicate they show football, but i would appreciate confirmation.

if they dont show the matches nowadays i would take a netbook to stream the game

thanks

I have never been air-side when a match is on, but landside the facilities are virtually non-existent, so I would take a netbook to be on the safe side.

Yes they do show the matches in the pub.

It depends on which matches are being played so if a Spanish team is playing it is more likely to be shown than a English team.
