Life at Kuwait airways..

Any KU pilots? I would like to know about the life there, and also about Kuwait Airways and Kuwait..

I am out of date (I left KAC 1995) but some things don't change. The Kuwaitiis are not the easiest people in the ME to understand but there are some good ones. Living in Kuwait is not easy either. If you are a FO, it is even less easy. Don't expect a command, ever.

I do not even know where to start. There are so many deficiencies that it all adds up to one giant pile of pooh.

They are operating on taxiways that are like gravel FOD inducing roads. Aircraft that are as old as time. Not only the airline and airport but the entire country is in a state of shambles. They are so far behind the eightball only a miracle can save them. The poorest of countries have a better airline and operational system.

The goods news.... crews work low hours with a decent salary.
