Hello,

We've got a dual GNS430 on our AS355N.
I am unable to find the right place on the Garmin website to check if they are up to date.
Does any of you could help me ?
We've got :

Main SW Version 5.01
GPS SW Version 3.03
Worldwide Land data : 1.0
Europe IFR aviation database Cycle 1302

Got to register, create an aircraft profile, put a device (430) including its serial number into that aircraft. You can see available software then.
You can do the database update yourself (usb hardware required), the software has to be updated by a dealer.

Thank you,

It's done.
I also owned the little Gizmo to upload to the datacards.

The question is about the Main SW version.
A friend of mine just told me he has 5.03 where I am 5.01
No way to find any informations on Garmin website.

I will check with a dealer but I am affraid about the cost for a simple soft update that could probably be made by myself.

You can't download operating software yourself for the 430/530 series - it's only available from the dealer website. Many dealers will do the upgrades for free or about 1/2 hour labour.
