I think ULH Extreme means the Bush Pilots Australia mob that do scenics in C206's out of Hawker S.A. & Broken Hill.

Is Hawker to William Creek considered Ultra-Long-Haul (extreme)?

Their C210 is quite vintage but the guys who I have met there seem a nice enough bunch. Have no idea about their management or facilities though!
