Lost licence!

I lost my UK-JAR CPL licence recently and its no where to be found :ugh: Does anyone have a experience which form to fill out to the CAA to get a new licence issued? I have photocopies of my licence pages so that should help a bit

You have to apply for a EASA license now they won't issue a JAR license.

I dont mind doing that but I don't have the original licence and they won't accept photocopies :s

You don;t need the original to apply for it. Otherwise none of us could work while waiting the 5 months for the EASA one to turn up.

But you will require to meet the requirements for the EASA application ie having a valid class one and all the experence requirements which has changed from the JAR license. And of course a valid type/class.

Problem is.. A friend of mine last week went to the CAA with photocopies and they turned him down because he didn't have the originals licence with his application!
