Question re Oxygen transfilling fittings

I have a Mountain High O2 bottle with a US standard CGA 540 fitting which I connect to an O2D2 unit via the MH regulator. At the moment I have transfilled the bottle once with medical O2 which is rather expensive. (I bought a square medical connector adapter which connects to the CGA 540 fitting).

Does anyone know if there is such a thing as an adapter that connects the CGA 540 to the Australian Standard Type 11 or 10 fitting (so I can transfill with Aviator's Breathing Oxygen or other alternatives:O from BOC)?
