some organisms have a learning process, others do not. a part of any learning process involves 'feedback' and that is seriously impaired by isolation from reality. you may recall the old management training criticism of 'training in isolation' where a company's training department existed in a bubble that enabled it to function without any appreciation of the needs of the organisation it was intended to serve.

need i say more?

Given the state of UK Industrial legislation I guess the support will be restricted to few members travelling to Spain to parade in Unite day-glo vests and perhaps the odd senior Unite member also going along to give a pep talk to the Spanish "troops". Beyond that???

The lads have a wealth of knowledge to assist Iberia staff.

They can produce endless newsletters with reference to the Spanish Civil War.

Liken Iberia pilots and cabin crew to the victims of the Spanish Inqusition.

Loan out slightly used Willie Walsh masks.

Referee punch ups in the Iberia car park.

Hold a few barbies in the local amateur football club.

Teach Iberia staff how to make Pimms.

All of this will really help Iberia staff to cling on to their jobs in the face of bullying and harassment by evil WW.
