RA-Aus school at Essendon

Does anyone know anything about this and who is behind it?

Apparently on the cards looking for instructors and also has a sister school at Redcliffe. Will be interesting to see if they can get their approval for operating in CTA as Essendon is a Class C versus the others in Class D.

Ouch, last time I landed there it cost me around $40 total with AirServices for a lightie.
