The title says it all, i am a low time pilot(CPL/MEL/IR) seeking to build more experience and skills so as to be more desirable to airlines. This leads me to my question which is does anyone know of any company that hires pilots for ground positions and after a reasonable period of time advances to a flying position? I am in Toronto and will prefer a company in Ontario.Its not that im not willing to travel NSEW of Canada but traveling is expensive and Nothing is guaranteed in life so i rather have a job thats pays bills while i build my hours towards my career goal, stay current and wait for an opportunity that makes me be at the right place at the right time.
