Any flying school which provides rating (endorsement) on King Air B200 / C-90 / Pilatus PC -12 on actual aircraft. Location not a problem.

I believe these folks have a good reputation for King Air type training:

Type Rating » Bristol Flying Centre (http://www.b-f-c.co.uk/type-ratings/)

The type rating side is still going. I spoke to them recently about doing an abridged conversion course and they were very helpful.

Which licensing authority? If FAA then I can highly recommend Recurrent Pilot Training at KPDK, Atlanta. They have a King Air E90 and offer insurance-approves endorsements on the actual aircraft.

In EASA-land the Salpauslento in Finland offer BE90 type and training flights in actual a/c.

Their homepage: SL Flight Training - Muu Koulutus (http://www.salpauslento.fi/Koulutus/Muu) (sorry, only in Finnish).

Lufttransport @ ENGM (OSL).
A bit expensive, yes,....but THE most comprehensive King Air type-rating course, this side of the pond.
