Hi all,
Under the regulations of JAR-FCL 2.310 (subpart H), paragraph 6, you need 15 hrs experience on type before you may instruct on that type of helicopter.
Or can that be bypassed by a skill test?
Below that paragraph 6 there is an exemption by taking a skill test as in appendix 1 and 2 under JAR-FCL 2.320E.
I doubt my interpretation is correct, does anybody has experience with this? (EASA is not valid yet)
Thanks in advance, BMSL
