This has been achieved as I applied for Early Termination (PVR) in order to join the Reserve Service (FTRS). I did however have to put a case forward to the pay people (PACC) and can now look forward to getting 6 months of flying pay back. PM me if anyone needs additional info...

Does it count for transferring from a FP Regular post to a non-FP FTRS post?

I think it only applies if you are transferring into a FP annotated Reserve post.
