Hi , is there a reason why virgin have gone to a once weekly with the flight ? And tracking it on flight radar , see that it comes from gatwick via man. Is it just a shortage of aircraft , or some just gone for checks etc.... Also website not much help in checking timetables for later in year too

low loads at LGW low loads at MAN rather than use 2 a/c use 1, saves money.
It's only for a few weeks.

Low loads, maybe they should lower the prices, i go to Vegas every year and Virgin are nearly always the most expensive.

So,have BA hurt them on the Gatwick route , even though it's only 3 weekly, Thomas cook are doing twice weekly this summer from Man adding Sunday to their weekly schedule , although their brochure is showing a Sat flight too? So ?Man will have 2 Vegas flights on a Sunday . I appreciate the TC's service isn't going to be as good as virgins or BA's ,but they are certainly undercutting Virgins price by fair whack, BA when I've checked have been pretty competitive on price too, as said virgin are pricing themselves pretty highly . Thing I'm surprised with is that I would have thought Thomas cook would make this a year round destination rather than summer only. I'm also surprised no US carriers serve the UK to Vegas.

I use us airways as they come up quite cheap and the flight isn't too bad, only thing is it's not direct and you need to change at philly which can be tight sometimes.
