The latest ammendment to the CAO's tells you to remove the existing pages and replace with the sent ammendments to 82.0, 82.3 and 82.5 which is incorrect. The correct ammendments can be downloaded from the CASA website and inserted complete or just add the sent pages to the rear of the section until they print a fix for it.
