It's at this point somebody is going to explain to me why I paid 180NZD in March 2011 for a 2 year Heliops subscription and received nothing..... When I emailed Oceania Group and later Kia Kaha Media Group I received no response to my emails. I want my money back!!!!!

I'm happy to let this thread run, but not if it is about to turn into another whinge about contact/no contact/he said/she said which has been done to death in previous threads relating to this publisher.
