I'm not sure if this should even be posted here, and I'm not sure of the AW implications - clearly it must have been considered OK at the time:

It is an CDL item, IIRC one may be removed with a trivial fuel burn adjustment.

It is CDLable if you can say that. I was told the reason you cannot fly around with 2 missing is not because of any aerodynamic reason but because you have too many static wick aerials missing. Sounds plausible I guess.
