Predictions for 2013 are quite easy in Europe: doom and gloom!

Continued lethargy in the US as well. There is little or no evidence of increased demand for flying in either the corporate or charter segments beyond normally expected airframe and pilot attrition. It's a tight market and it looks to stay that way until the economic situation changes in a meaningfully positive direction.
Safe bet: At least 2 new companies in Europe will rock up with the modus operandii of "Revolutionising the way you think / do air charter" or some such.
