All the articles I have read about the French side were very good. They make money, have received a new A330-300 and have just opened RUN.
They have been bought by an American venture capital which also owns the German part of the business.

CH Aviation reports that XL in Germany is suspending ops over Winter. 2x 738s stored in Germany. Others are leased out in Canada.
