Hello guys ,
Just a quick one. Is there any restrictions flying below actual flaps speed while VLS speed is well below during approach phase ? say , F speed 190 kts and we fly 180 kts without setting flaps 2?
Thanks in advance.

There are no restrictions but you have to be aware that you might not achieve full aircraft maneuver capability without triggering some AoA protections. I am thinking of high bank angles/load factors, typically at or above 30°...does not really happen everyday.

For normal ops and in normal law, I don't see any issues, bearing in mind what you are doing and the margin you keep towards your VS(1g).

Airbus says no problem, as long as you don't go below VLS.
