Seems you might be in luck. Today's papers carry adverts for captains and f/o's (guess for the Dash-8 fleet?). Details are as follows (translated from French):

Captains:
 International valid airline pilots licence
 Not less than 4,000 flying hours with a minimum of 1,500 hours in command on turboprop or jet aircraft in aircraft above 5.7 tonnes (multi-engine)
 Aged between 30 and 40 years of age

First Officers
 International valid airline pilots licence
 Not less than 1,500 flying hours with a minimum of 500 hours of instrument flying on turboprop or jet aircraft in aircraft
 Aged between 30 and 40 years of age

You must provide the following with your application:

 Letter of motivation (!) and detailed CV
 Copies of licences (certified)
 Certified copies of National Identity card and passport
 Police discharge dated less than 3 months ago
