Hi everyone, please help!
My CPL has expired. Its the 5 year license not the flight experience.
Am I right in thinking I just need a valid JAA Class 1 Medical and go to the CAA and pay the admin fee for a new 5 year licence (which is around £95 I think)?
Also, if this is correct, how long do I have this option after my licence has lapsed.
Also, how long after an ME/ IR has lapsed do I have the option to just take a flight test to renew as opposed to a full skill test plus mandatory training?
I have been made redundant twice now and have currently been out of work as an instructor for 18 months. I fear all my training and effort have come to nothing unless I get back in the game.
