Route Weather Forecasts

There are numerous Wx providers around for world wide weather forecasts, but they all carry a hefty subscription cost. Universal weather is just one.

Is there a FREE site where you can plug in a route and FL and will pull up the enroute winds.

Eg YSSY to KLAX at FL410

Universal has this in its flight planning function, I dont want it for operational reasons just curiosity.
