Viewing Topgear tonight on BBC3 in the back ground there's a 747(?) with two engines on the inboard position and what looks like a slip tank in the outboard position. Does any one know what it is and what is going on??

Yes, this was used in the last bond film. Searching pprune will direct you to a previous thread.

It's at Dunsfold. Modded to portray 2 engines podded together on both wings and parked next to the Aces High film prop aircraft near the control tower. It was modded well before the 'last' Bond film; been in this state for at least 3 years, and has been used for numerous other films; there was one filming in February this year when I was working as radio operator in the tower, but I think they only did 'interior' shots.

It was the "Skyfleet" in Casino Royale.
