Emirates Medical-Vision

Hey guys,

Can anyone tell me what's involved with the EK medical, especially the vision test? Will they cross reference your medical from your home country? The reason I ask is I'm considering having laser done and I don't feel like going through all the red tape bs. When I go for my medical with EK I don't want them to be like "Hey you had LASIK done but it says you need glasses on your medical still"

Kind of get where I'm going with this.....

Must have had surgery 2yrs prior to date of joining. Eye examination is very thorough!

Last time someone was digging around this area :cool:, there followed a 'clean-out' of LIPS and the company pay-out. Allegedly.
