Hi guys,
I´m looking for a JAR-FCL approved Rating for the old lady C501/551. Does anyone know something. Flight Safety and CAE are not able to give me an answer :bored:.

Neither FSI nor CAE hold JAA approval for the 501/551, neither, according to the altest Standards Document, does any TRTO approved by the UK CAA.

thanks a lot. I think I´ve to call him because even from this company I don´t get an answer. It is really difficult to get a rating on this type.

Contact Kath Burnham or Andy Simmons at Atlantic Training Support, Coventry. They can provide the training (at a very sensible price) and even have an aircraft available to use if required.
