Does anybody on here know anything about this company other than what I can learn from their company website please? Specifically how reliable they are with terms and conditions? Thanlk you.

Nexus , Platinum 21, all those guys are a bunch of jokers,

Yes it's true platinum is the dead hunter.
Nexus is the client of platinum...
Some ppl say that platinum belongs now to nexus.
The company has a very bad reputation.
I heard following:
-Payment not in time always, you should be lucky to get it.
-they cut the per diem as they like. One month you get it the other month you don't get it.
-some pilot still waiting for their per diem for months
-you are always on standby
-no vacation
-insurance provided very late or never and works only in ksa.
-the mobile is often not working at the end of the month due missing payment.
-FAL compound or M&M compounds they offer are very old and inhuman.
-very very bad communication when something is needed for the pilot.
No answers from the office.

Totally unprofessional, they do not return email or phone calls when you need something from them. But they will wake you up in the middle of the night when they need you for anything.

Also, beware of the contract:

5. Housing Allowance: (NIL) per month.
6. Transportation Allowance: (NIL) per month.

Etc.

Then, they will tell you:
Housing & transportation is provided. Wording reflects the latest changes to Saudi laws for "financial benefit" terminology they use... Not true!

You will be stuck there!
