Greetings all!
I do not know if this is the place to ask this question. Lately I am having this thought to invest in a PC ATD - Computer Based Training Device - a Desktop based General Aviation Simulator. I am not in USA but I am hoping to get the approval from local CAA and get FAA approved Simulator probably something like this . .

My objective is to train students and anybody who want to fly and gain experience or be in touch with flying for practice.
How good in legal, technical and practical to buy a FAA approved desktop based sim?
Any recommendations and idea?
