Every EASA part 147 exam certificate must be recognized by any EASA member countries National Authority.
Exams taken at National Authorities do not have to be recognized by other National Authorities - usually they are!
Before hopping from one National Authority exam to another one, make sure your exam will be accepted by the authority you want to apply for the licence!
The best is to apply for the licence, where you take your exam, like UK-CAA or Greek-CAA or Austro Control etc.
