Loved my time there.

Small company, quick progression, jets if you stick around.

Usual complaints about rostering, management etc but its like that wherever you go.

A good place to gain the experience to move you onto bigger things although in hindsite not necessarily better.

If Darwin were cheaper I'd have made a career there. The flying is pretty good.
