Be aware of Helijet Europa S.L. Ibiza Mr. Rafael Menendez, he disappeared without answering either the phone nor Email (typical pattern of fraudulent behaviour) following problems getting money from him.

Rafael Menendez owes us - (Aviation Broker GmbH Frankfurt) EUR 6.950,-- for a Charter LEIB-LFLY on Citation Mustang with 1 PAX.

He didn't pay and disappeared, additionally the two operators (in Portugal and Czech Republic who had their C510 commercialised by Helijet SL) withdrew their Aircraft as he owes them money.

Either we want to keep Biz Jet Aviation clean and have those bandits out - thus protecting ourselves - or we can forget Quality and standards!!

Dear Brokers and partners,

Be aware we have the same problem as Aviation Broker.
We had a flight with Helijet on the 4 of october. They had an AOG on the aircraft so we had to subcharter another aircraft.
They promessed to send back the money and we are still waiting for the payment.
We can't reach anybody at Helijet and have no news from Rafael Menedez wich is not answering his phone.

Avoid this people if you want to keep your business safe.

Just happened to us recently on a flight with a broker. There is nothing worse than when someone doesn't fulfil their contractual obligations and leaves you out of pocket. :*
