The only one in the US are airlines flying Qs.

Ansett sim centre in Melbourne have a Q400 cost of the TR was 39,160 AUS as of July 2012, that is per crew

FSI have got a couple of Q400 sims in Seattle and one in Toronto, although I think the Seattle ones are pretty much committed to OEM and airline training.
